In cases involving orders with multiple items, contract acceptance applies only to the items that are actually shipped.

In instances where prices are incorrectly displayed on www.erstore.co.in due to technical errors, ER Store reserves the right to void the transaction. The burden of proof regarding the error rests with ER Store, and any payments already made will be promptly refunded.

Prices and Shipping Fees

ER Store reserves the right to cancel the contract if delivery fails due to the customer's fault. Payments already made will be refunded, or store credit will be issued, depending on the circumstances.

We kindly request that you promptly report any obvious transport damage to the delivery personnel and ER Store. This action does not affect your warranty rights but assists ER Store in making claims against suppliers.

All stated delivery times apply following order confirmation from ER Store. For Cash on Delivery orders, this confirmation occurs after we have called and confirmed the order from your end. If the customer does not confirm the order after this, ER Store reserves the discretion to cancel the order.

Retention of Title

Ownership of goods is transferred to the member upon full payment.

Liabilities

ER Store holds liability solely for intentional and gross negligence unless concealed damages, damages involving loss of life, limb, or health, or damage resulting from the infringement of essential contractual obligations are proven. The same applies to violations by ER Store's agents.
